What does the company do well? Super fast search & the UI is efficient with the tab view for each record.
The gmail widget is a huge time saver and google sheets reporting tool is really top notch.
The ability to add custom fields is a huge advantage, and to search on them.
Custom search is super powerful and easy to construct up to 5 levels of boolean type filters without having to know boolean.
What does the company not do well? They are like Google - they launch awesome features then those features won't see any more updates or if they are refined it's very slight and rarely communicated to the customers.
Very few updates or improvements, rarely incorporate customer suggestions.
Support is very good and respond in a reasonable time frame, but almost always do not answer the question admitting any deficiencies in the product, or admitting that something needs to be fixed or should be enhanced to meet a customer need.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Contacts & Companies are separate and it's not possible to search for people that are connected to specific types of companies, which is a big problem when trying to relate the two for sending out email campaigns.
