What does the company do well? Syncing calendar and contacts with G Suite is two-way. Solve is the only CRM that I know of which does it in a bi-directional fashion like that.
What does the company not do well? Support is not always very prompt and often isn't much help when they do respond.
Syncing to G Suite for calendars is pretty good but it's hit or miss for contacts.
New features are often withheld from existing customers unless they agree to pay more.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I had known how expensive it would be for a team.
