What does the company do well?
I love the User friendly interface and layout of the dashboard. Building multiple smart lists and being able to export these is also extremely useful for our reporting and marketing purposes.
What does the company not do well?
I love using their Smart lists for reporting and marketing purposes. However, there are some options or "Fields" available in one smart list which is then not available on the other. We want to have a list of our current Deals and the contact information, ie: email and phone available for exporting into our marketing software yet this is not possible. The same goes for having our Contact smart list where we have those fields available yet we do not know which Deal they are associated with. There is also an issue with emails syncing on a contact - sometimes we will not know what has been sent out from the business to a potential client and therefore, double ups can occur.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Their limitations across combining Contact and Deal smart lists. Some of the functionality available in one is not available to the other which makes exporting for reporting purposes more time consuming.
