What does the company do well? Open Dental is very user friends, but also incredibly powerful. They are responsive to requests for updates and changes that are beneficial to dentists, they keep the price affordable, and are incredibly helpful with support. It's weird to love a PMS, but I really wouldn't want to have to use any other system.
What does the company not do well? It's hard to complain. They are super responsive--they are on the west coast though, so if something happens at 8 AM EST, we don't have anyone to reach out to for a few hours.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How great they are--I would have switched over sooner!
