What does the company do well? I love the customizability with the repricing rules. You can reprice basically however you can imagine. I didn't necessarily find that with other repricers.I also like the fact they charge you different prices for different functions. For example, I don't need continuous repricing, so I can pay less. However, it's there if I want to pay more and use it.They also just released an integration with Inventory Lab that allows you to automatically get your cost of goods from IL and send that straight through to Bqool. Any little time-saver like that helps in this business. You get a pretty good value for what you pay.
What does the company not do well? Customer service. I sent two emails about relatively minor issues and never got a response. The other thing I don't care for is the performance of the app when logged in. It's kinda slow...even on a fast laptop that burns through everything else. If you look at 200+ listings at once, there's noticeable delay between the time you click and the time something actually happens.Annoying, but not the end of the world. And you can solve it by simply looking at fewer listings. However, this can be inconvenient too because then you have to use their search function (rather than ctrl + f) to find your item, which is slower. Not huge things. But definitely knocks against the software.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The customer service. I'm big on that. I could continue to contact them for help. But on two minor issues which I'm sure have quick fixes, I got no response.Kinda makes it seem like they don't care. But, Bqool has a large and active userbase, so I bet someone could always answer your question.
