I also like the fact they charge you different prices for different functions. For example, I don’t need continuous repricing, so I can pay less. However, it’s there if I want to pay more and use it.
They also just released an integration with Inventory Lab that allows you to automatically get your cost of goods from IL and send that straight through to Bqool. Any little time-saver like that helps in this business.
You get a pretty good value for what you pay.
The other thing I don’t care for is the performance of the app when logged in. It’s kinda slow…even on a fast laptop that burns through everything else. If you look at 200+ listings at once, there’s noticeable delay between the time you click and the time something actually happens.
Annoying, but not the end of the world. And you can solve it by simply looking at fewer listings. However, this can be inconvenient too because then you have to use their search function (rather than ctrl + f) to find your item, which is slower.
Not huge things. But definitely knocks against the software.
Kinda makes it seem like they don’t care. But, Bqool has a large and active userbase, so I bet someone could always answer your question.
