What does the company do well?
NetHunt CRM is the best CRM we've used because the whole interface is designed around Gmail, making all of your email communications with clients super easy to link and look look at without having to flick between screens. NetHunt allows you to create as many custom fields inside records and link records to other records very easily. You can use it share emails between your team and clone emails sent to another team member to your own inbox.The customisable views to analyse your data are brilliant, super easy to use and very easy to send to graphs etc for reports.There are too many great features within the application to mention here, but one of other fantastic features is the Zapier integration.We have integrated Nethunt with Xero, Todoist, Process.St and numerous Google services and we estimate saving at least 15 - 18 hours per week on processes that are now completely automated. Integrated with Zapier, Nethunt becomes exponentially more powerful and almost limitless in what it can do.We are running our manufacturing business on several different web applications but most of our staff only interact with Nethunt and the Zapier integration takes care of the rest of the back end work with the other apps.Support is also very good, very prompt and very well versed in how the Nethunt system works.
What does the company not do well?
The only downside in my opinion is the follow up task functionality in Nethunt. It is very basic and not really comprehensive enough to effectively automate a comprehensive sales follow up process. However, there are very easy work-arounds using Zapier but it would be nice if this functionality existed within the Nethunt / Gmail interface I would gladly give Nethunt 5 stars our of 5 for functionality.
