What does the company do well?
The package includes a lot of tools and features that would probably otherwise have to use multiple tools for.
What does the company not do well?
The installation is not always code-free and I had issues with every site I tried to install it on. The pricing is only for one site, which I don't like. The tools themselves can be buggy. The customer service was not always helpful and most attentive only when asking for feedback for their level of service.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
The bugs in the software; the fact that the Share button tool is not actually accurate, as admitted by their customer service team after I paid for the tool and then noticed that the share count didn't match other data I had; the availability of other tools that do the same thing.
