What does the company do well?
The company has a FABULOUS customer support team! They are always available to help anytime I have questions.
What does the company not do well?
I find that the platform could be more all encompassing - I'd like to see more tutorials or even a blog about how to better utilize social media for specific niches.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I'd've known there was a lower-priced option now... I'm currently locked into a higher-cost annual plan.
