What does the company not do well? I am very still dissatisfied with the platform and the support centre, my issue Lack of Troubleshooting. Every time we call them, you will waste 1 hour at least on the phone. They always mess up accounts, very difficult to handle for them. Corporate or solo agents. They never solve problems. I paid 1 year for nothing, you can not do month by month. Worst CRM ever.
