What does the company do well? Seamless social media scheduling, grouping posts into campaign types, insightful analytics. Pricing is good for small companies/start ups. Dedicated account rep is very helpful and ensures our needs are met.
What does the company not do well? Wish there was a better way to organize media/images. Can't drag & drop posts in calendar. Marketo integration is good, but wish there were more use cases and examples on how to set up for a B2B scenario.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? We're looking into tools with more robust listening and competitive analysis. Does not seem like Oktopost has tools that scale like this.
