What does the company do well?
Status Brew constantly innovates to better cater to their client's needs. The customer service is just amazing. I think that's what I love most of all. For beginners who do not know how to use social management apps, it can be quite confusing at first. But with Status Brew's excellent support team, they'll find their way soon enough. They even schedule a call if needed. How many sites do that? They're responsive to customer's issues, not only in addressing them, but also in adding more features. Which shows you that they listen. Due to this, whatever complaints I have at this moment, I'm confident that the Status Brew team is looking into it, and brainstorming how they can provide solutions. I've tried many social media management apps, but the combination of the content recycler, Engage and Slack are unique to Status Brew, and I can't imagine how much time I'd have to spend in my business without them.
What does the company not do well?
Just like any user, I'd have to say reduced pricing would be great. But when you compare the price of Status Brew to other social media management sites, and their features, I think it's very competitive. I only have high praises for this company.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known earlier that I'd find all the answers to my social media woes here. Then I wouldn't have wasted all that money experimenting.
