What does the company do well?
The user experience is fantastic. Posting and scheduling are very easy to Google Plus, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. They have a helpful community where you can suggest product updates and features and their support team are quick to get back when you have an issue.You can use their platform to track social media conversions straight through. ROI reporting is easy and can integrate with your marketing automation platform.
What does the company not do well?
The Act-On integration is OK but not the best since Act-On then become the go-to for all the support queries. I recommend going with Oktopost and paying the extra then taking the service with Act-On as you won't get the best of the platform that way. There are a couple of minor things you wish they would change but nothing they won't hear feedback over and include in the next update if others agree.
