What does the company do well?
The layout of the solution is really well organized. It's very user friendly and great for scheduling posts ahead of time and creating campaigns for things like ebooks, webinars, etc. that you would want to promote multiple times. It's also great for employee advocacy. The leader-board is really helpful and adds a sense of gamefication to the advocacy program. Finally, the solution is great for basic analytics. There are a lot of really cool features it analyzes and the charts you can pull when doing reporting are really nice.
What does the company not do well?
Sometimes there are random glitches in the system when you try to repost old posts. But customer service has always been really responsive when that happens. I also think it isn't user friendly when posting multiple photos.
