What does the company do well?
Invoiced is intuitive and has a clean design. The main dashboard provides useful information, and it takes very little time to produce and send an invoice. I also use Stripe, and love the Stripe/Invoiced integration. It makes collecting money on my invoices automated and simple. The emailed invoices/payment windows used to collect make payments easy for my customers.
What does the company not do well?
For a paid subscriptions, I do wish the control/customization over invoice design was deeper. I also find certain activities cumbersome and in need of user experience improvements, such as subscription creation and customer/subscription management. I would also love an integration to WordPress/Woocommerce. This can be done by introducing other 3rd parties like Zapier, but this should be simpler.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I have monthly and annual renewals, so I wish I knew that the subscription management was not a strong-suit of the application.
