What does the company do well?
The company makes it so simple to communicate with clients, set triggers on certain pages, and keep track of company and agent specific analytics. The product is easy to use and makes chatting much easier with easy to use shortcuts.
What does the company not do well?
The only issue I have had with the product is the way they export previous chats in bulk. It would literally be impossible to find a specific client out of 1000's of chat transcripts. If they could solve this issue, I would have no other complaints.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing. The company has provided what we need.
