What does the company do well? Bindo has created a very sleek, easy to use platform that is easy to pick-up and use. This comes in especially handy with the large number of retail staff we have to train throughout the year.
What does the company not do well? It seems that sometimes updates come down the line that negatively impact the performance of the platform. Customer service can also be hit or miss.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing to note here. Overall, we've been pleased with Bindo.
