What does the company do well? The CRM is feature complete for task tracking, appointments, meetings, sales and goal setting. It has a very good pricing and enables a few integrations to make automated things.This is definitely one of the best options for sole entrepreneurs, startups, consultants, freelancers and small companies.
What does the company not do well? The solution makes all that a simpler, smaller companies need, but I think the product misses features and integrations for medium sized companies and bigger sales teams. As well as a way to setup assistants and group permissioning.It also has a very small allowance of items and data quota on the free plan, but is more than enough to test it or for a single user.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? There is nothing that surprised me, other than having more features and support that I expected. The price is low and they are very clear with the features and limitations of their solution. I think that makes a very transparent message and vary clear statement of what they offer for that price point.It is still my CRM of choice to use personally.
