What does the company do well?
Invoiced has a very nice admin and the things they do, they do well. They also seem to continue developing features as there are new innovations added over time. They are good for autobilling through Stripe and I like their invoicing.
What does the company not do well?
I wish that they had a tier for smaller businesses as their bottom level is higher than I would need and costs too much to only use half of it.I wish they made ACH invoicing as simple for the person paying the invoice as Quickbooks does. Instead, I pay Invoiced and Quickbooks both. I'd love to only use Invoiced, but for ACH the buyer has to verify with microdeposits if they don't bank with a bank affiliated with Stripe. For Quickbooks, you can pay an invoice with the same info that's on a check: the routing # and the account #.Sometimes different admin features are hard to find because you have to go to two different places in the admin to do similar functions. I wish they'd group autobilling and Subscriptions together per Client a little better. I also wish that the interface for editing subscription invoices was more intuitive and had more edit options. Right now, it's hard to edit a single Subscription invoice, say add a fee for only one month of a Subscription. I have this happen often when clients are subscribed to a monthly subscription but some months they want an addon or two. It's confusing and harder than it should be to do this.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I think they're great!
