What does the company do well?
Paystand is a great company for small business that are looking for a way to receive payments from customers at a affordable price. You are able to pass most of the fees on to the customer or pay them yourself. ACH payment fees are really low! Paystand allows you to customize your Paystand site and use your own logo. You can also create multiple sites for different was to pay. Payment information can be saved and set up on recurring payments.
What does the company not do well?
The one thing that I can say is there customer service isn't were I'd like it to be. Their 800 goes to an answering service and it is a return call. A lot of the times I would like an immediate resolution and having to wait can be frustrating. I found the quickest way is to get a reply is to email your sales rep.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
There is not immediate customer service when you run into a problem. You have to be patience and wait but they will fix your problem.
