What does the company do well? I like Kayako because its functions are completely easy to use and it shows that it can be a platform free of support attention. Kayako also gives different users a totally exclusive and appropriate design to develop their queries with potential customers.
What does the company not do well? Kayako represents a very good function and development at company level, so, in its performance, I have not noticed anything that has bothered me or any negative point.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I expected Kayako to have a chat history, to keep the customer service provided.
