What does the company do well? Setster is a valuable asset that we use daily for appointment creation with customers. It's integrated quite well with outlook and our CRM, and allows for almost completely automated appointment scheduling. Leads created via Setster are typically more inclined to move forward in the buying process.
What does the company not do well? When a process is not automated (i.e. manually changing a contact, viewing older appointments, etc.), their browser client can be a bit difficult to use at times. This may be a result of only needing to use it sparingly and not being up to date on the processes, however I feel they could make the UI a bit easier to use for beginners. Again, these issues arise maybe once every couple months, so this is very minor.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How helpful it was! After using it sparingly for a bit, we implemented it more into our daily workflow and have definitely noticed an increase in customer interaction.
