What does the company do well? I like Hiver because of their customer support team. They are very nice and very fast to respond to anything I might need.
What does the company not do well? They took away the ability to track emails. I originally signed up for Hiver because of this but they took this function away and I wasn't too happy about this because I had to find another software. I still like Hiver and still use it but this was my favorite function of it.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That they were not going to have the ability to track if your emails have been opened and read for long.
