What does the company do well? It's a pretty simple and straightforward scheduling software. You can create shift template, set recurring shifts, show different positions by color, etc. Overall, it's a great scheduling product that makes it easy for employees to see when they work, request time off, and trade shifts or pickup open shifts.
What does the company not do well? There are a few bugs that I've mentioned to their support team, and they basically have told me I'm wrong and that issue doesn't exist. Customer support could be better.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? It's really built for retail or restaurants. We use it for our customer support team, and it works well for us, but there are aspects of it where it does not make sense for our whole team to be using it.
