What does the company do well? I have used Happyfox ticket portal for different departments I have worked in - IT and Marketing & Communications. Building the ticket forms is extremely easy. The reporting feature is helpful for managers to quickly access information on common issues and the performance of their team members. Using Happyfox to create a systemic flow to your business processes was easy to do with the customized smart rules. The support team members (Leo, Ramesh, Naresh to name a few!) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, when it comes to answer simple questions about ticket dependencies all the way to complicated questions on HTML code to change the portal look and feel. The thread of the ticket makes it easy to follow along with the process of the ticket.
