What does the company do well? The company has really good support. They are always available to assist in configuration or even technical support calls. The team is very knowledgeable and have been ready to jump on a call - even if unscheduled.
What does the company not do well? Honestly writing this is difficult because I am yet to find an issue with the company themselves - but the pricing may be prohibitive to very small businesses.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Yes! would have saved hours of experimenting with other support/ticketing software.
