What does the company do well? HappyFox has done a fantastic job of creating an experience that is user friendly and allows for employees to be more productive when responding to ticket requests from customers/clients. This program has allowed us to increase the speed of our response time to candidate e-mail questions. The canned responses along with detailed tracking & reporting allows us to easily respond and track all interactions in a single place.
What does the company not do well? There aren't many things that I can say HappyFox does not do well. The quickest way to achieve support if you're having issue is through live chat on their website, which can sometimes be a hassle. Trying to explain system issues over a chat and get to a resolution can take some time. But the representatives are always willing to work through the issue with you and ultimately get to the fix you need.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I actually had a very thorough experience from interest to setting up our account with HappyFox from their staff. The product works exactly like we anticipated it to, and I don't currently have anything I wish I would have known prior. I would highly recommend scheduling a time to chat with them if interested in bringing this product into your business plan. All your questions will be answered.
