What does the company do well? Thinkific's support is absolutely amazing. I get a answer within 24 hours. My questions may range from basic questions about the LMS to complex technical questions, and they always were able to help. It never felt like they were pushing me off or ignoring me.I even chatted with their support team in person, and they're fantastic people.
What does the company not do well? There's a lot of things that Thinkific does incredibly well. It's a stable LMS, it's drag-and-drop and very easy to use that even a computer novice can figure it out, and it's has a lot of support documents, tutorials, and a great team to help with any issues. For 99% of people, it's awesome. For the 1% who wants a lot more in their quiz software, and a API that lets us pull unique reports and also create new features - Thinkific doesn't have that. Their integrations with zapier are workable for most people, but i'm an edge-case. :-)
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Not much. I do a lot of research on the various LMS platforms. There's hundreds (like 600+) to choose from, and Thinkific is the creme of the crop in terms of simplicity and features.
