What does the company do well?
They have a very intuitive UI that seems to work seamlessly. I can very easily drag/drop projects into new stages of development and the built in timer has me tracking up to 95% of my daily time.
What does the company not do well?
Reflecting live data. Occasionally when using the timer it will get hung up and freeze when starting a new task. This is not a big issue as you simply have to reload the page in your browser and try starting a new task again.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That they are based in New Zealand and all their automated daily reporting (I.E. Tasks due today) is 1 day ahead of North America. It has made me completely ignore what could be a useful management tool.
