What does the company do well?
Integration of project management such as timekeeping, tasks, quoting and invoicing.
What does the company not do well?
I have issues with the timer not turning off. Sometimes the webUI seems to log out so when it looks like I've stopped the clock, it's actually still running. Have come back to my desk to use Roll, found it has logged out and the clock will still be running. I then have to guess how much time it has gone by while I wasn't working on a project. Also, on the quotes/invoicing page where you enter details of the project, it is difficult to scroll up and down when there is more than a sentence typed out. It is very hard to edit what you've typed.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
