What does the company do well?
ContactMonkey is a very effecient and inexpensive way to track emails. It does what it's supposed to and provides great insight into who is opening emails and how many times.
What does the company not do well?
The reporting tool could be improved. In order to get a report, you have to send in a request and they'll email it to you. Sometimes it is sent quickly, other times it takes several hours. I would like a reporting tool that I can make reports instantaneously.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
There was nothing hidden. Because of the software my company ended up purchasing, I canceled ContactMonkey and started back up twice. Customer service was very understanding and responsive, and overall this is a great tool with good service behind it.
