What does the company do well?
Customer service is excellent. Your opinions and feedback are taken into account. Frequent updates are rolled every other day improving functionality and stability. Cross-platform integration is seamless, logged times between the desktop site and the mobile application work as expected. Integration of other applications such as git (issues) is a big plus.
What does the company not do well?
Due to the applications huge arsenal of functionality, the user-interface is overwhelming at first. It takes a while to grasp its full functionality and to utilize it to its full potential.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
How well they communicate with their customers and how they include them in developing a product that is a joy to use.
