What does the company do well?
Customer support - the forecast team are always listening, not only to help with questions but to take feature requests for what we want to see in the software. The software is dynamic and flexible, suiting our team's needs very well. Dynamic - the software is always being updated and improved. Since we first started using the software, it has been developed and new features added, that we are very happy with.
What does the company not do well?
Calendar View - there are some items that we need specific to our projects, such as a calendar view for task deadlines which is not possible yet.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nope. We had a great experience with the trial, and were able to ask plenty of questions before moving over.
