What does the company do well? REIPro works well for almost any real estate professional with its many features, but it was created by Chris Goff, who specializes in lease option real estate. So, it works especially well for those who are real estate investment professionals. The dashboard is laid out simply and it has a clean interface, which makes it easy for you to find exactly the feature you need quickly. Properties, leads, direct mail campaigns, and contacts are large tabs. In fact, it even includes a step-by-step guide for investing in new properties, which not only helps newcomers, but it also simplifies the workflow process. There’s no real trick to the lead generation tool or the property details tool because both pull from public records and popular ad spots, like craigslist. It does appear to keep information up to date, though we can’t check every single property, of course.REIPro includes nearly everything you need from light CRM to marketing campaign and offer letter templates. There’s even a direct mail marketing tool that provides templates and REIPro will mail the postcards to your contacts for you (at an added cost).Although there isn’t a mobile app, you can log into your account from a mobile browser, and it’s easy to use. Plus, it includes tools to help you track your expenses (mileage, transaction history, etc.), and you get calculators to help you quickly decide if a property is worth your investment. It also integrates with Google Calendar, which helps you sync your schedule, and you can use several integrations through Zapier.Customer support was not readily available when we called, but we emailed support. About 30 minutes later, we had an invitation to join REIPro’s support site, which was slightly confusing, but ended up being more helpful and less pressure than having a salesperson call back. The customer support representative we chatted with (live chat is available) was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.Pricing for REIPro may seem high at first glance, but when you consider this as an all-in-one real estate software solution, it could be seen as affordable. Pay annually and you could save up to 37 percent on your monthly costs.
What does the company not do well? Whether you’re new to real estate investment or you’re a seasoned pro, REIPro could be a bit overwhelming with its numerous tools. There are guides and calculators and contracts and marketing tools galore, which is great in theory, but if you feel overwhelmed, you might not push forward.Support is only standing by to answer you during business hours on weekdays. If you opt for the Team or Corporate plan, you get access to priority support, which lets you cut in line ahead of those on the Individual plan.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? It’s difficult to find opinions on REIPro online, but that could be because it’s still relatively new software. Before we started our trial of the product, it would’ve been helpful to know that the owner created a three-part video series with training in real estate investment and it includes a bit of a guide for the software itself.
