What does the company do well?
Simple UI/UX layout that makes it easier to filter and segment different campaigns and messaging related to that specific topic. Also like the ability to add calls and linkedin steps into the email campaigns.
What does the company not do well?
reporting capabilities were average and would have like to seen a bit more analytics behind open rates, responses, clicks, etc.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing comes to mind. A real solid product for getting your message across in different sequences and cadences. Learning curve was minimial compared to some other tools used in the past.
