What does the company do well? As an employer, it's really easy to hire someone. They have a good app and good notification settings. As a business, it makes it easy b/c you don't actually hire an employee - there's no 1099 or anything, it's just a credit card expense.
What does the company not do well? I don't see any limitations on the company its-self, but I do see limitations to being about to farm out work easily.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? this isn't really about upwork, but about the concept of hiring a temp. I had a few jobs to do that were each 5-20 hrs of work so I choose to hire a temp to do them but what I didn't consider is that it takes 2-3 hrs to hire someone plus and hour or two to review their work and another hour or two to answer questions along the way so unless you've got something 50+ hrs it's not really worth your time to hire a temp.
