What does the company not do well? There's nothing really to dislike, easy to implement, good support, good website, easy to manage. Well priced too.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? As web designers we are introducing Zoho SalesIQ to more and more of our clients who have dedicated receptionists or secretaries. It means less time on emails and phone calls back and forth with customers, and more directly contact to help them.
