What does the company do well?
it's a pretty good chat program and it also has a lead source tracking. for example, I can who is on the site at anytime and where they are located. I can also see what page they are looking at and what search terms they used to get to my site. So it's pretty good for that. Plus you can just initiate a chat with a visitor so you don't have to wait for them to chat with you.
What does the company not do well?
it's more complicated then a simple chat program that ONLY does chat. So if you're using FB messenger or something like that then you'll be overwhelmed. sales iq has the option to create a support ticket from a chat, xfer a chat to another rep, block someone from chatting with you etc. etc. so there's just a lot under the hood.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
so the best part about zoho sales iq is the crm integration. but that's not available on the free plan. you have to upgrade to the basic plan which is $19/mo for three users. it's not a bad rate but if you only have one chat agent then it's kinda pricey.
