What does the company do well? Purely HR has unparalleled customer service. The PurelyHR product has eliminated nearly ALL of our HR paper pushing, allowing our employees to spend their time where it matters most -- in program service.
What does the company not do well? While the set-up was quite cumbersome, the PurelyHR team was amazingly responsive to questions and gave great guidance. It would be amazing if they optimized for a mobile app, but the web version works well for our needs.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That they had the ability to customize other PurelyHR products to our needs.
