What does the company do well?
Clearview has knowledgeable staff who can answer questions or assist with issues or problems. The Clearview InFocus system is a complete and integrated system that can be used by any small or large business.
What does the company not do well?
The system is not user friendly if you do not get the training from Clearview (at a price). The system has some idiosyncrasies that if you are trying to learn on your own will become a source of frustration. The manual is not effective but the training videos are and they are free. I would advise that anyone that will be fully utilizing the system go through the training by Clearview.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Quite frankly, all of the above. My training was done by using the system and not by Clearview. I do know that you can become easily frustrated but once you get to know the system you will find it quite comprehensive.
