What does the company do well?
Their customer service is very good.
What does the company not do well?
I don't think the interface is intuitive. In an effort to be cute, e.g. the palm trees, I think some of the functionality gets lost. Also, The company is maturing, and as a result some functionality is missing. For example, when you block a time period when employee groups cannot take PTO, you have to go back and disable that manually - you cannot set an expiration date. And on holidays, you have to input them manually or import. It would be helpful to have a pick list of standard holidays: New Year's Day, Christmas Day, July 4th, etc, rather than have to enter them individually. The company could then customize by adding any non-traditional holidays.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
The product satisfies our needs. We use it strictly for PTO and it integrates well with the Outlook calendar.
