What does the company do well? Well, it works really well. We integrate with SalesForce and it has a TON of back-and-forth field sharing, quite useful. It has seriously cut down on salesperson's time spent sending out applications and account change forms. It's also nice that you can see full histories of everything happening per each envelope. The integration with SalesForce is really where it shines though, the custom field mapping is superb.
What does the company not do well? The ONE THING that's terrible is how long documents can take to generate from SalesForce. Some of our docs have a hundred fields or more, and it can take 2-4 minutes to generate a single document! If you have multiple to send, this can get frustrating.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Salesforce integration was a bit more robust than I anticipated, ended up hiring a developer. Not an out of the box solution. But that was on me, not them :)
