What does the company do well? I love Zendesk Chat primarily because of its interface, in my personal and business opinion I think its interface is quite attractive and it causes comfort to be very influential in the user's experience. On the other hand, Zendesk Chat is a very complete and stable platform with regard to long-term conversation when requesting technical support.
What does the company not do well? I do not like that every time the internet connection falls, the conversation is completely deleted and you have to start again. I think the previous chat should be resumed to avoid major losses.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Zendesk Chat could improve their errors, it is a very complete and important platform in any company.
