What does the company do well?
They rise above the competition! Customer, Billing and Technical Support is the best. They have always been able to resolve my problems quickly. Plus, they are super patient with grumpy customers, like me. Truly professional and they know what they are doing!
What does the company not do well?
The only thing I would like to see are notification of updates and/or a place to submit problems with the program, like a suggestion box or something.
