What does the company do well? It's great at chat of course, but also great at providing analytics about what pages people are on and what path they take to get to pages of your site.A lot of people waste a lot of time on marketing. Sales IQ helps companies save money by helping sales people connect with the right people (people who are on your site) at the right time and say the right thing (since you know what page they are on). Sales people are able to convert more sales with less work
What does the company not do well? When the transcript of the chat is emailed to the visitor, it says "sales iq" on it. That's not good. I wish it was removed.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I'm not sure but I honestly like it.
