What does the company do well? Outreach helps eliminate the battle of choosing between quantity and quality. Outreach works well to target specific customers, for a specific reasons, at a large mass, without coming across like spam.
What does the company not do well? While a good chunk of the user interface is quite intuitive, I find myself finding out new things I can do often. That's good and all, but I think with a more friendly interface, I would be able to leverage more, easier.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? All the features that were available for me to leverage.
