What does the company do well? They integrated pretty well with other platforms, and their surveys are very flexible for administration. We issued quite a few surveys via Intercom, and those seemed to work very well. This was a plus for us as we're very heavily dependent on Intercom. Their app/website UI is clean-looking and it's easy to export data from the surveys as external files.
What does the company not do well? Navigating around was a bit difficult to get the hang of at the start, and adjusting the appearance of surveys was also slightly buggy. The design of the surveys also didn't look that clean/modern. We ended up moving away from this tool because we found a much more affordable solution that was also much easier to use, quick to issue, and classy-looking with more forward vision.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I think it would've been nice to take a sample survey and undergo the process of creating a survey as well. I think that participating in a more thorough onboarding process of how to use Survicate with best practices would have made my experience with the tool much more valuable.
