What does the company do well? I love Zendesk Chat because it seems to me a very perfect platform with respect to design, it is perfect to offer support to all kinds of clients. In addition, the Zendesk chat helps a lot so that consumers can communicate with me from a faster, simpler and more audible way.
What does the company not do well? The Zendesk Chat does not adapt to phone screens, causing a totally immense chat to be formed and not allowing the correct writing within it. I would recommend that a more optimized version be created for mobile phones, this would greatly simplify its interface.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? It is a chat that always remains active to offer technical support, it is very proportional and the design is perfect.
