What does the company not do well? I detest that sometimes technical support does not answer the phone because it is tied in another call. But, sending an email to the support desk usually gets an answer quickly.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing the truth, when I started using the software everything was clear and I work contentedly with him except when I have doubts and they do not answer me.
