What does the company do well?
Well the integrations are nice, I'll give them that. When everything is working, it's a smooth/seamless experience that feels polished. They've done a good job of making things user friendly (at the expense of features) and it feels simple and easy to navigate. Obviously being in the cloud is super handy to work remotely. Their mobile app is also REALLY well designed, I almost like it better than the site.
What does the company not do well?
My goodness does it ever get slow when you're looking at a lot of entries. There are times it just.... can't load a full year's detailed P&L. This is the downside with everything being cloud based. The pages just take FOREVER sometimes and it can be infuriating when you have to hit a lot of line items.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
The slowness of large datasets. That is legitimate. If you deal with a lot of data..... get ready for it.
