What does the company do well?
It was easy to configure, use and obtain data from it. One of my colleagues used it for months and was able to share with us the exact details of his cold email to help us refine his focus and be more effective, and it has a huge impact when you send hundreds of emails a week, as often We do in our company.
What does the company not do well?
It has the disadvantage of not setting an adequate schedule to keep track of the appropriate emails to several specially compromised customers. Somehow, it also seems to have errors and adding a new template will alter the subject lines eventually.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I would have liked to know that you receive notifications in real time when someone opens your email or clicks on a link that is very useful when you have to follow up with someone and so would not have wasted so much time looking for a system that would do this function, YesWare he does it with satisfaction and ease.
